  29. Rumor has it ;-) that some sound cards use IRQ4.

  31. If you look in Win95 under Control Panel, System, Device Drivers, you should
  32. be able to see if your sound card is using irq 4, and probably conflicting
  33. with a comm port, which you can also check from the control panel.

  35. You might want to try Kermit-95.
